1. Enter the Permata ATM card & PIN
2. Select another Transaction menu
3. Select the Payment menu
4. Select the Other Payment menu
5. Select the Virtual Account menu
6. Enter the Virtual Account Number Click the CORRECT button
7. Confirm the payment details that appear on the screen, select YES
8. Select the account used
9. Payment is complete

1. Log in to internet banking
2. Select the Payment Menu
3. Then select the Bill Payment sub menu and click Virtual Account
4. Please select your account then select the account number with the Virtual Account number, then click Continue
5. Select Continue to proceed to Payment Details
6. Wait a moment until get an SMS notification containing the response CODE
7. Click continue after entering the response CODE
8. Payment is complete

1. Login to mobile banking owned by Permata Bank
2. Then click the Bill Payment Menu and select the Virtual Account Menu
3. Then select your invoice and select New Billing List
4. Enter the account number with the Virtual Account number as the Billing Number. When finished, please click Confirm
5. Enter the Reminder Name then click Continue. When finished, please click Confirm
6. Enter the Response Code and click Confirm when finished
7. Payment is complete

1. Enter the ATM card & PIN
2. Select Other Transactions
3. Select Transfer
4. Select To Other Bank Account
5. Enter the destination account number Permata Bank Code (013) + 16 Digits Virtual Account, then press Correct
6. Enter the amount of payment in accordance with that billed
7. Enter the destination account number with Bank Permata code (013) + Virtual Account No, then press Correct
8. A Transfer Confirmation Screen appears containing the destination account number for Permata Bank and the amount to be paid, if it is appropriate, press Correct
9. Payment is complete

1. Enter the Permata ATM card & PIN
2. Select Other Transactions
3. Select Transfer
4. Select To Other Bank Account ATM Bersama / Link
5. Enter the destination account number Permata Bank Code (013) + 16 Digits Virtual Account, then press Correct
6. Please fill in or leave the transfer reference number blank then press Correct
7. The Transfer Confirmation screen appears containing the destination account number and the amount to be paid, if it is appropriate, press Correct
8. Payment is complete
